Shipping

We typically ship items within 5 business days via USPS. Depending on where you live it can take 1 to 7 days to arrive at your location after shipping.

International shipping can take two weeks or more to arrive after shipping.

TSHIRTS SHIP DIRECTLY FROM THE TSHIRT PRINTING COMPANY AND MAY TAKE ONE TO TWO WEEKS TO ARRIVE. Tshirts, mugs, and other such printed merch cannot be bundled to ship with other items from our shop because they are printed and shipped to order by the printing company.

Returns

If you are unhappy with an item, please let me know within 30 days if you want to return it for a refund.

Defective items will be refunded if they are returned within 60 days. If it is longer than 60 days, please reach out because I still may be able to repair it! Repairs later than 60 days may or may not incur a charge.

Items that are damaged from water or exposure to sunlight or some other environmental problem or misuse are NOT returnable or refundable. This includes kitchen items that have been mistreated. Do NOT soak wooden utensils or cutting boards in water, do not use soap, and do not put them in the dishwasher. Clean with a damp cloth only. That said, I may be able to repair it for a fee so reach out.

TSHIRTS, MERCH, AND OTHER ITEMS PRINTED TO ORDER BY OUR PRINTING SUPPLIER ARE FINAL SALE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
